Payment Methods
Silver Beasties accepts Visa,
Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards.
After submitting our online checkout form an
invoice number will be generated and an order
confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. At
shipment a payment receipt will be sent to you
with the merchandise. Please keep this payment
receipt for reference in case of exchange or refund.
The order confirmation that is provided online at
the time of your order does not serve as your
official receipt. The official receipt is the payment
receipt that is mailed to you with the merchandise.
If you do not wish to use the online checkout with
your credit card, please send your order by e-mail
or contact us.
Sales Tax Information:
Due to the location of our stores,
we are required by law to collect applicable tax on
all shipments to Florida. No tax will be added to
orders that ship to addresses outside of Florida. If
applicable, the appropriate tax will be
automatically added to your order total.
Product Quality
Guarantee
We guarantee all merchandise to
be free of defects in materials and workmanship. If
a problem occurs, we will revalue or replace the
item at our option and to your satisfaction. This
guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. If
you experience any problems with the quality of
our products, please contact us.
Shipping Options &
Charges
We will begin processing your
orders immediately upon receipt. When a ring or
other special piece is ordered, you will receive an
e-mail with details. If there are any delay, we will
contact you immediately, either by e-mail or by
phone. If you have a question regarding the status
of your order, please e-mail us at

We usually ship via UPS Ground or
UPS 2nd Day Air. If it is more convenient we will be
happy to Priority Mail the jewelry to you. If you
need something even more quickly, we can ship it
overnight for a slightly higher charge. Just send an
e-mail and let us know which is best. Shipping
charges for the basic delivery options are as

Refunds & Exchanges
Shopping is easy with Silver
Beasties Online Store. All refunds and exchanges
will be gladly accepted when merchandise is
returned in its original condition with the original
payment receipt within 10 days. A credit for the
amount of the product plus taxes will be issued on
the credit card used on the payment receipt. A
credit confirmation will be sent to you by mail.
There will be NO credit for the shipping and
handling amount.
